José Duarte Santos, PhD, is a seasoned academic and expert in Management with a focus on Marketing. Joaquim Pratas, PhD, is an academic and researcher in Marketing, Management and Strategy. He lectures at the Accounting and Business School of the Polytechnic of Porto (ISCAP,) and Porto Business School, and research at CEOS.PP and GOVCOPP (University of Aveiro, Portugal). His interests include Marketing, Tourism, Sales, Retail, Innovation and Technologies.
