Cliff provides coaching expertise and support to executives and other employees in the following areas: outplacement support, executive leadership, organizational design, talent acquisition/management/development, Human Resources information systems technology design, career planning, cultural change management, union avoidance and general HR functional and organizational leadership. In his prior role and until his recent retirement, Cliff was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Teva Pharmaceuticals Americas located in North Wales, PA. In this role, he was responsible for all HR operations, including Leadership Development and Learning, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition, as well as all North American Environmental Health and Safety, Corporate Security and rebuilt a dysfunctional HR organization through selective staffing and organizational redesign.
He joined Teva in August 2005 after a 35-year career in HR, including 20 years with General Electric (GE). During his time with GE, he worked in nine different locations in five of GE's businesses, including spending five years living with his family in Belgium and leading HR for GE Plastics' European business headquartered in The Netherlands.
This was followed by a global assignment as V.P. of Human Resources with The Quaker Chemical Corporation in Conshohocken, PA. This role required him to travel extensively in both the Asia Pacific Region in China, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia, as well as South America in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela, where he established and staffed HR organizations for these two fast-growing regions.
After an assignment as VP of HR for the Witco Corporation in Greenwich, CT, he was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for National Starch and Chemical Company headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ, where he was responsible for all global HR practices and reported directly to the CEO. In this role, he was proud to receive the corporation's CEO Award for Functional Excellence on behalf of his global HR team.
He attained both his BA and MBA on a tennis and soccer athletic scholarship at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and has completed all course work required for an MA in Counseling and Psychology at Rider University. He served in the US Army Reserve from 1969-1975.
He is a published author with articles featured in "HR Magazine" (1996), "HR Innovator" (2004), and "Inside the Minds of HR Executives" (2005), as well as numerous articles in The Bucks County Herald on the subject of career planning. He remains active all sports, including triathlons, having most recently completed the "Escape From Alcatraz" in March 2013, golf, general fitness and tennis, having played in the US Open from 1967-69. Cliff climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa, in September 2014.

Tyler Montgomery is a nonprofit executive, fundraiser, and community builder
based in Louisville, Kentucky. He serves as the chief executive officer and executive director of Angels in
Disguise, a national nonprofit that celebrates individuals with Down syndrome by supporting adoption
grants, helping fund critical heart surgeries, and providing educational grants for children and families.
In his roles at Angels in Disguise, Tyler focuses on scaling partnerships,  expanding the mission& #39;s impact,
and telling stories that move communities into action. Under his leadership, the organization has
continued to grow its national reach and build collaborations with businesses, donors, and family
networks in support of the Down syndrome community.
Tyler's career includes development and leadership work across multiple mission-driven organizations,
with experience spanning corporate partnerships, campaign strategy, events, and relationship-based
fundraising. He is also the founder and former CEO of Get Active East Africa, reflecting a longstanding
commitment to building opportunities and community through service and entrepreneurship.
As co-author and collaborator, Tyler brings a practical, modern voice to leadership, career growth, and
purpose-driven work, translating real-world fundraising and organizational lessons into clear, actionable
guidance. He is known for his high-energy storytelling, connecting people across sectors, and creating
"win-win" projects that generate measurable impact and meaningful goodwill.
