Rachel is a graduate of Bible School, Holistic Health, Social Service Work, and Leadership Development, and has extensive training in Trauma-Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Health First Aid, and much more. She has served locally and globally, including in youth ministries, crisis intervention centres, foster care, and long-term mission work in Haiti (2013) and Costa Rica (2015), as well as local missions throughout Canada.
