As with every other Prophet, the focus of his\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emessage was that of obedience to Allah through acts of worship in word\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand deed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThrough his personal example and guidance, the Prophet, sallallaahu\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e'alayhi wa sallam, presented humanity with a superior way of life that was\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efounded on the worship of Allah and the beautiful values that this entails.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDue to his exceptional conduct and exemplary way of dealing with others, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eProphet Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, conquered hearts\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand minds, and his message gained ascendancy over all other nations and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ereligious denominations. The spread of the guidance brought by Prophet\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMuhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, is tangible proof that he was\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003etruly an example to be followed, for such immensely positive in����uence\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ehas not been the lot of any other individual throughout the history of the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eworld.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Prophet's unique and remarkable success is often categorized as\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ea personal achievement, but the reality is that it is a sign of his being divinely\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eguided. Yes, he was a remarkable human being, but the impact of\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ehis teachings was a direct result of his being guided by Allah in all he said\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand did.Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eall of creation as a witness, a bringer of glad tidings of Paradise to those\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewho accept the Path he calls to and a warner against the wrath of Allaah.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHe sent him to invite to the religion of Allaah, by His permission, and as\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ean illuminating lamp to light the Path of survival, the Path of Allaah.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAllaah sent him with guidance and mercy and the true religion, and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eto guide people to what results in their happiness in this world and the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHereafter. This is the reward for those who believe in him, love him and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efollow his path, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Prophet of Allaah, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, conveyed the message\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand advised the nation, and struggled and sacri����ced for the sake of\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAllaah. We ask Allaah to reward him for having conveyed the message\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethat guided us to the Path of Allaah.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen reading this book, one will frequently come across the term \"sallallaahu\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e'alayhi wa sallam\", and we feel obliged to clarify a few matters\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epertaining to this term.Its meanin��������\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe term consists of two parts, one part is Salaah which is in the part \"sallallaahu\"\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand the second part is \"Salaam\" which is in the part \"wa sallam\".\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese two terms are a form of supplication and prayer for Prophet\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMuhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam.According to the predominant opinion, the ����rst part means: To ask Allaah\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eto exalt his mention.
