Fritz Boden is Researcher at DLR Göttingen where he works for the development of optical measurement techniques for in-flight application and optical measurements in rotating systems, furthermore he is involved in the development of flight test instrumentation for aeroacoustic measurements. He was coordinator of the AIM and AIM² projects, managed the XDC demonstrator within CS2 LPA and is managing the DLR work within the Clean Aviation projects OFELIA and COMPANION. During AIM and AIM² he served as volume editor and chapter author of the book "Advanced In-Flight Measurement Techniques" (Springer, 2013, ISBN 978-3-642-34737-5). In parallel to the organization of a dedicated workshop for researchers and industrial flight test engineers, he published the book "AIM² - Advanced Flight Testing Workshop" (BoD Books on Demand, 2013, ISBN 978-3-7322-3740-1).
