And this annual Committee (who are by the other Burghs inttui'ted with the Care of the Rights and Priv1leges of the Whole) were fo much alarmed W1th Appreheniions of real Danger, from this Bill for manning the Fleet, that they tranfmitted Copies of 11113 Memorial to the molt confiderable Burghs over the whole Kingdom.
