We're happy to report that this is our newest security measure to keep your indigo.ca account safe. Like many businesses and organizations, including banks and government agencies, we have now implemented 2-Step Verification.
When this security system detects a variety of details about your recent login attempt that are different than what it has recorded in the past, it will ask you for further confirmation of your identity.
The system will ascertain if your behaviour is slightly different than the past, and request you perform a second level of authentication. In those circumstances, it may refuse your request to login.

We will request you perform a second level of authentication, by prompting you to enter a one-time code that will be sent to you either by email or SMS if you have enrolled your phone number as a method of authentication. Entering this code will complete your log in.
If you have been asked by this system to provide a second level of authentication you will receive an email with a code that will need to be entered on indigo.ca. Starting on February 6th, you will also have the option of receiving this code through text message (SMS). This will provide additional proof that you know a) the indigo account login details, and b) have access to the indigo accountâs associated email address and phone numbers.
You can manage your 2-step verification in the account centre, under account details. There youâll be able to add, remove and manage all your authentication methods.
If your login attempt was unsuccessful / blocked, it means that our security system has determined that something about your login request is different from what we have seen from you in the past. This could be due to your device, browser, location or a number of other factors. These are security features that assess the likelihood that this is really you trying to access the account.
Itâs possible that the email was sent but is being blocked by the server on your end. We recommend checking your spam filters to ensure that emails from Indigo are not being blocked or checking your spam folder to see if the email has been sent there. We also suggest adding Indigo as an email contact. All verification emails will come from service@indigo.ca.
Make sure you are copying and pasting the most recent code, without any extra spaces. If you clicked for a code multiple times, you would have received multiple emails. If you are still unable to access your account, please visit help.indigo.ca for support.

Our production and publishing partners make use of a complex supply chain and production process that may sometimes rely upon partial or complete production in China. As a result, we are uncertain how the US Customs process will address US-destined orders. We cannot imagine a worse customer experience that receiving the unpleasant surprise of duties to be paid on your order arriving at your door. In consequence, we have made the difficult decision to pause accepting orders destined for US addresses until the circumstances change.

Yes! Indigo.caâs My Lists supports multiple wish lists. Lists can be easily added, edited, deleted, or shared with friends or family. To manage your lists select the person shaped icon in the navigation menu at the top-right of this page (and any others on indigo.ca). You can add books or other products to existing Lists (or create new lists!) by clicking on the heart shaped icon that appears on any product image in search, merchandising, or product description pages.
In distinction to Lists, Save for Later (available in your bag or at check-out) easily allows you to save items for a later visit, and smoothly manage your bag to be most relevant to your current need to complete your order. This list of Saved for Later items is visible in your Bag toward the bottom of the page, under the heading âSaved for Later.â You can easily remove these items by selecting âremove.â
