Way beyond my expectations!

"Sophie Gregoire Trudeau not only told HER story, but shared how OUR story, through discussions with noted experts forms how our beginning story can affect the rest of our lives. It was insightful without being sensational. The shared knowledge can transform how we see our connection to the past, our connection to our present, and our connections to our community. So powerful, sent a copy to my children."

Sylvia L. (5/5)

Family Ties,child Psychology and Love

"Very well written! Sophie gives a detailed picture of her childhood, teen years and life with her parents as an only child. The text reinforces different philosophies of psychology from a variety of psychologists. Interviews with several sources are interesting and reinforce the methods she found worked. She gives examples within her family context but still remains neutral and still protects her family members. I love the way she presents different facets of her life and shares important phases in rearing children from yoga, having fun with your children, humour and always love. She is an excellent writer and inspires people to be their best selves when they have children. Her book presents as a psychology/text, personal bio of her early life which made her a strong, independent, and highly intelligent woman."
