Full nutritional breakdown of healthy recipes!

"I had to chime in here to correct misinformation in another review. The book DOES have nutritional information which is clearly stated in his introduction. Pages 298-230 have the full nutritional breakdown of each recipe, including calories, fat, saturated fat, protein, carbs, sugar, salt and fiber. Yes, I would prefer to find this info presented on the same page as the recipe for convenience but given that all recipes are healthy, you can make any of them with confidence that they are low in saturated fats, sugars, and salt. I'd hate for someone to pass on this great collection of healthy recipes based on misinformation in a review."

Dissapointed

"I really wanted to love this Jamie Oliver cookbook, but was disappointed. We havnt tried even one recipe because looking for full meal ideas, vs a pretty one off recipe. It could just be my level of cooking is not as sophisticated (I want fast and simple no fuss)"

“Brimming with all the advice Oliver has acquired over his three decade-long career…it’s the greatest hits of what ‘good’ looks like”
The Times

“While his laid-back, approachable style of cooking has remained the same throughout the years, the messages have changed, whether it’s critiques of institutional food systems or simplified one-pan meals. Oliver’s latest cookbook, Eat Yourself Healthy, is the culmination of what he’s learned since he completed a nutrition diploma in 2014.”

“Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's new cookbook comes with a message: looking after yourself begins with food”
—Hello! Canada
Jamie Oliver is a global phenomenon in food and campaigning. Over a quarter century television and publishing career he has inspired millions of people to enjoy cooking from scratch and eating fresh, delicious food. Through his organization, Jamie is leading the charge on a global food revolution, aiming to reduce childhood obesity and improve everyone's health and happiness through food.

Jamie started cooking at his parents' pub, The Cricketers, in Clavering, Essex, at the age of eight. After leaving school he began a career as a chef that took him to the River Café, where he was famously spotted by a television production company and the Naked Chef was born.

Twenty-five years later, his shows are still watched by millions and he has sold over 50 million books worldwide. Jamie lives in Essex with his wife Jools and their children.
