Reviews

Loved the suspense during the book but the end was a let down!

"I found this book very captivating and I could not put it down. Unfortunately, the ending was not what I would have liked to see from a psychological thriller, so this took away from the story. The ending left me disappointed."

Not a fan

"Having high hopes for Every Last Lie I realize in retrospect I may have went into this book with unrealistic expectations. That being said, I had to force myself to finish this book, and I wish I didn't waste my time. This book is anti-climatic and if your looking for a highly suspenseful book with a twist, this is not the book for you. If you are looking for a suspenseful book, this book is not for you. Every Last Lie was predictable and boring. My opinion is that the writing was drawn out to fill pages and overly descriptive. Clara and Nick were winy, unbelievable and full of contradictions. I read this through e-format and also listened through audio, switching between the two to suit my needs best. Neither format made a difference in my option of the book, however not having to read it feels like I didn't waste as much time; as I could be doing something while listening. If through reader loyalty you absolutely need to read this book I suggest you try the audio version."

AWFUL

"This book is the first that I've read by this author. I had high hopes, but this book was truly terrible. There was too much repetition and the ending was so awful. I refuse to read anything else by this author. Do not waste your time on this one!"

Love this Author!!!! :)

"Mary Kubica is one of my favorite Authors. . In this book she keeps the suspense going and you are able to get into the mind of different characters in each chapter! Keeps you interested the whole book."

Just OK

"I love the author but this book dragged on for me. 3 starts for the twist in the end."

Good Book

"I received a copy of this book from Netgalley. Thank you to Netgalley, to the Author and to the Publisher. I have read all of Mary Kubica's other books, so I was very excited to read this book. I found that the book was hard to get into, in the beginning, I had a hard time connecting with the characters, and nothing much was happening. The book got a lot more interesting around the 1/2 way mark. I had read that there was a twist at the end, and I have to say that I was disappointed, I was hoping for a big twist, and that isn't what I got. It was a good book, just not one my favorites from Mary Kubica."

Good, Easy Read

"Good read, I read it on vacation as it kept my attention. Ending was a but dull and I thought it could have been much better."
