Boys of tommen #2

"Great second book. Had hoped the juicy parts were going to be longer and some parts shorter but in the end the book was great. Can’t wait to read the others"

A story that grows when light reaches

"Reading Keeping 13 felt like watching someone slowly come back to life. Chloe Walsh doesn’t just write a love story; she writes about the quiet, painful, and beautiful process of healing. Shannon Lynch isn’t the typical romance heroine — she’s fragile, brave, and real. Through her, I saw how trauma can live in silence, and how love, when it’s patient and kind, can become a safe place instead of a cure. Johnny’s loyalty and gentleness showed that strength isn’t always loud. What touched me most was how their relationship grew through small moments — a glance, a conversation, a shared fear. It made me think about how the people who truly care for us don’t try to fix our pain; they stay when it gets heavy. The book also made me reflect on how healing takes time and how hard it is to believe you deserve happiness after being hurt. By the last page, I wasn’t just cheering for Shannon and Johnny — I was rooting for myself, too. Keeping 13 reminded me that love isn’t perfect or magical. It’s human. And sometimes, the bravest thing we can do is let someone see us exactly as we are. I really recommend this book to all passionate about romance but also to read something that could make you believe still in love. I can’t wait to buy the third one and start to read the story between Joey and Aoife."
