Great read!

"Wonderful romantic read from a Canadian author with Ontario landmarks. Fortune's character development makes you feel an instant connection with the characters and you are sad to say goodbye when the book comes to an end."

Good read

"Took me a while to get into it. But good once I gave it a chance."

Janette (3/5)

Excellent title. It is catchy and very appropriate. She meets her old friend from her young adult like again, at the lake. Very fitting.

"I am still reading Meet Me at the Lake, by Carly Fortune, but from what I've read so far, I love it! This is an easy read, light romance novel that connects the story to the busy City of Toronto to the calm, peaceful lake. It is written in a flashback style, where the main characters have met in the past in the city, and by chance, meet again at the Lake, at one of the main character's family's resort. Will Fern stay in the big city and sell her mother's resort with Will's business guidance? Or will she forever fall in love with the resort, the lake, and her old friend, Will?"

SEmpey (5/5)

Great Summer Read

"Really great summer read. Cite and easy to read, although i did find it a tad over the top that theybspent only ONE day together sonlong ago, and were still soo hpoled on one another- maybe if it had been a week or something it would have been a bit more believeable. But still, a really fun read."

Dal1 (4/5)
