Back to basics

"Great book to take a step back and realize what is truly important. If I read that book 10 years ago, I wouldnt have enjoyed it as much. I guess it took me a little anxiety and an existential crisis to find it even more relevant."

Gabrielle (4/5)

Life-Changing

"A simply-written book that is a joy to read, and has the capacity to change one's life for the better. This is a book that I will read again and again over intervals, until I practice the lessons daily."

Useful Breathing Techniques To Stay In The Moment

"I have had some use for the breathing techniques mentioned in the book. Some other tips are given to live in the moment and not let your mind wander towards negativity. Granted some tips are unorthodox. . . but a few might work for you. The last section in the book for world peace is too idealistic and unrealistic. Hence the four stars. Still a decent purchase. It might help you."
