What are plum points worth?
plum points may be redeemed for instant savings on in-store and online purchases, in accordance with the plum points redemption levels.

Can I join plum+ if I'm a plum member?
Current plum members may upgrade to plum+ for an annual 12-month membership fee. Your existing plum points will be carried over. If you decide not to renew at the end of the 12-month term, you will be automatically transferred back to the no-fee plum card and retain all plum points you have collected.
Can I share my card with my spouse/family?
Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Government issued photo ID may be requested when making purchases or redeeming points.

How do I renew my plum+ membership?
You can purchase your renewal online or in store.
For online renewals, sign in to your account and visit the My Rewards page in Account Centre. Select the ‘Renew Now’ button and proceed to checkout to complete your renewal.
Renew prior to the expiry date of your membership (you can see the date at the top of the My Rewards Page) to ensure that your member benefits remain active. If you choose to renew early, your 1 year renewal will begin after your current expiry date and will not shorten the length of your current membership.

How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your plum points for eligible purchases in store, online or through the Indigo mobile app. When redeeming plum points in store, members must present their plum Card, and will be asked to show a government issued photo for identification.
