"I only read the first 80 pages. The book dives deeply into the 5 second rule at the beginning. A lot of real world examples of people who used the rule and how it helped. I did not enjoy it because I found the format choppy and unnecessary. A lot of explanations about how people used the 5 second rule in different ways. I don't think something so simple needs to be explained for 30+ pages. I would have liked if the book dived more into the psychology and neuroscience of how/why it works and how it tricks your mind into acting more and thinking less."
