“As a person once challenged by anxiety, and as a professional, I am truly grateful for this book. It is the encyclopedia of healing from anxiety and phobias, not to read all at once, but a resource to reach for that has just what you need each day or each month…. Easy and reassuring to follow…. Life-changing.”
––Mani Feniger, author of Journey from Anxiety to Freedom

The “Bible” on anxiety and phobia

"Excellent book! The third copy I’ve bought in the 20 - 25 years since it was first published. A lot of practical information on anxiety and phobia, and how to handle it on a day-to-day basis."

PrairieRose (5/5)

Mental Health Tool

"I bought this book to use at work and appreciate its layout, making it quick and easy to find what I’m looking for. I work in the field of Social Work."

Erin (5/5)

Amazing information

"Amazing and very supportive for my 14 yeard year old daughter."

Christina (5/5)

A great resource for anxiety sufferers

"An amazing workbook for those suffering with anxiety and agoraphobia"

Niki C. (5/5)

Workbook on the go!

"I have the sixth edition of this book, but recently I picked up this edition because of my new drive to work with anxiety. Totally doing the screechs at the end of my speech like the character in the Inside Out movie. When I feel a particular way or think a certain way, I bring that acknowledgment to the table of contents of this book and hits the nail everytime since I bought it."

JCee (5/5)

Helpful and well structured.

"Helpful and well structured. Lots of material to work on."

Evan (5/5)

So helpful

"I'm not too far in yet but it's so validating so far in ways that therapy just hasn't addressed. Looking forward to learning more about how I can support my mental life and love a happier life with this workbook!"

Anxietygirl (5/5)

Good book to help manage anxiety

"This is a very comprehensive text, the exercises also help managing stress. Would definitely recommend."

Pialuc (4/5)

Help control your life!

"A fantastic workbook! I am using it in conjunction with an anxiety workshop I am currently enrolled in. I HIGHLY recommend this book. It opens the mind, changing your perception on things. I like that!"

Paul (5/5)

I swear by this

"I purchased this before starting therapy and even introduced my therapist to it. They were impressed by how great the book is and are actually adding it to their methods. This book along has given me so much peace."
