"I had to read this book for a Leadership class in university. At first I was skeptical and thought this would just be a class to boost my GPA. . . well it was by far my favourite class and this book is amazing! I would recommend this book for anyone, not just people in a management position. I NEVER highlight or markup my books, but this one has been highlighted, flagged, and marked-up. BARRY Z. POSNER is Accolti Professor of Leadership and former Dean of the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. An accomplished scholar, he also provides leadership workshops and seminars worldwide.

Kouzes and Posner are the authors of Learning Leadership, Credibility, The Truth About Leadership, A Leader's Legacy, Encouraging the Heart, and The Student Leadership Challenge, among many other works. They also developed the highly-acclaimed Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)®.
