The title says it all: The Miracle of Mindfulness! Being mindfull can transform yoir life!

"Awesome book if you like to be guided into spiritualism and unweil what it means to be mindfull as well as how important it is for your life."

Milena (5/5)

Simple, concise, and exactly what you need

"Some of the best buddhist books are the ones that keep it simple. The practice should be simple, even if it feels complicated to get it right. We excel at complicating things, so a book like this that is full of wisdom and practical tips is exactly what we need to get grounded and remember that we can find peace anywhere."

Erin E. (5/5)

Good but not one of the best

"Original idea behind the book is great but practices are not explained for first time meditator. it is very small book with just simple ideas. There are better books which will really change ones thinking, eg. Rick Hanson's Neurodharma."

Jagroop S. (3/5)

Great resource!

"Classic text that helps one to understand meditation in a user friendly fashion."

IAMS (5/5)

Very Insightful

"Must read for anyone interested in mindfulness"

Laur (5/5)

Be Mindful

"Be mindful. A great read to help you become more aware of the life in and around you. In the busyness of life nowadays, we often forget to just take a moment to BE. Enjoy the small things, cherish the moments, live."

"He has immense presence and both personal and Buddhist authority. If there is a candidate for 'Living Buddha' on earth today, it is Thich Nhat Hanh." --Roshi Richard Baker, author of Original Mind: The Practice of Zen in the West
