Prairie staples!

"Great cookbook of prairie staples! As someone who go free up in Manitoba, the recipes make me nostalgic."

Amanda (5/5)

80’s yummy food!

"This recipe book was like taking a trip back to all the 80s Tupperware Avon baby shower wedding shower parties! Where even as a kid you gobbled up the food! Loved the personal touch - fun recipe book!!"

Kelly (4/5)

Not worth it

"I will be returning this book once stores open again. All the recipes are super basic. Which if you are totally new to cooking and learning from a book may be good - though there are still better out there. Not worth the money or the cupboard space. There really wasn’t a recipe in there that I haven’t made before without a book in front of me."

Love both Karlynn Johnston’s cook books!

"Just finished reading The Prairie Table. I loved it. It brought back so many memories of growing up in the seventies in Alberta. I’m now trying the recipes. I have the Creamy Baked Rice Pudding in my oven right now and the house smells incredible. Thank you Karlynn for such a beautiful cookbook that will be a staple in my kitchen right beside Flapper Pie and Blue Prairie Sky!"

Kimberly (5/5)

Awesome!!

"Just received my copy and I love it! Karlynn has another hit on her hands. I have both of her books and I am a fan of both of them. I highly recommend her books and her blog."
