100% recommend - great book

"Very similar to Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book is a reminder that small things in life add up & if you make positive changes it causes a ripple effect in your life for more positivity. This book has great information on optimizing your health and your life. Will read again."

Reshaped my mentality on better overall health

"This book has many highlights. I love the way the book not only tells you how to apply it’s principals in your own life, but also includes real life examples from the authors experience with applying these principles in their own life. 9/10 and would recommend!"

Tristan (5/5)

Easy to read

"This book was very easy to read - even with all the medical info in it. This book was hard to put down as it was very insightful. My book pages are highlighted and has sticky tabs throughout. I recommend the book to all"

Jessica (5/5)

Great read

"Definitely recommend this one if you are reading self motivation. . . helps get your mind on the right track"

Angela (4/5)

Nothing new to see here

"The book contains practical advice, but nothing groundbreaking. Greg Well, PhD (not MD) has cobbled together information that is already common knowledge (inadequate sleep has adverse affects of performance, overall heath, body weight, mood, hormones, etc, that small changes add up to a lot, and consistency is crucial). He suggests making 1% changes- things like start drinking a glass of water with your morning coffee, and increase from there, That really does sum it up. It's very repetitive,"

Sarahhhh (2/5)

A good read

"This is full of practical advice to improve sleep and overall health and wellbeing. Some of the stuff in here is what you've heard before but it was good reading it all compiled together in one book."
