Lovely. . .

"A lovely read. . . as if she were sitting across from me in a comfortable room. Enlightening, and a reminder that living with a good heart is a life well lived. Lean into all emotions, especially the painful ones we avoid."

Monique M. (5/5)

Title is about what the book is supporting. More than a self help book

"Really enjoying the plainly written text and ideas."

David F. (5/5)

Things May Fall Apart, But You Don't Have To.

"You do not need to be embracing Buddhism to read Pema Chodron (apologies for the lack of accents over the letter 'o'). This is a slow read with pen and paper to record the emotions and thoughts her writing evokes. The chapters are very short so a daily chapter and a daily journal are very easy to incorporate into a busy day. It is a refuge, a slow place, a thoughtful place, in a fraught and global world."

Alison B. (5/5)

Worthwhile

"Very good reflections and support for difficult times. Not preachy. It’s worth having handy in case of the blues, grief or dark moments."

Paola (4/5)

When Things Fall Apart. . . buy this book

"Years ago, when I was going through a difficult time in my life, someone recommended this book to me. I devoured it, highlighting certain parts and turning down the corners of many pages. Then I reread it several years later during another particularly challenging time. Recently, I purchased it for a relative who was going through a crisis, hoping that Pema Chodron's insights and wisdom would bring him the same comfort and clarity that it brought to me."

RonniLyn (5/5)

Everyone should have this

"Beautiful and good to help you through any difficult time or to gift to someone who needs help but not sure how to start."
