If you place an order and do not receive a message indicating that delivery is impacted by the Canada Post strike, your order will be delivered via an alternative carrier. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes with these alternate carriers, so be sure to use a non-P.O. box address when placing your order. If your order has already shipped with Canada Post, they are currently still processing and delivering orders although you may experience delays.
To avoid delays, we recommend returning your item in store. Alternatively, you can print your Canada Post return label and mail it back. Please note that there may be delays in delivery, and your order will not be refunded until it is received and confirmed at our warehouse.
To enjoy free shipping on eligible orders, please select âFree Standard Shippingâ at checkout. Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-9 business days, depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination.
Returns Policy

Guaranteed Great Reads Eligibility: Items identified as Heatherâs Picks, Staff Picks of the Month, or promoted online and in stores as Indigoâs Best Books of the Year, may be returned at any time and in any condition for a full refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Eligible items returned without proof of purchase will be gladly exchanged or a store credit issued. Indigo.ca returns more than 30 days after purchase must be returned to any Chapters, Indigo, IndigoSpirit, or Coles store. We reserve the right to modify or to cancel the terms of this guarantee at any time and without further notice.
