Better than Atomic Habits

"Best book on habits atomic habits talked about systems for habits but this book goes notch higher talks about how to improve your habits and bad habits kick ass book worth 50 bucks if not a billion dollars talks about success habits good habits mindfulness being a great leader toxic people I'm halfway thru and it is long book 400 plus pages but every page is awesome. Dr Travis Bradberry hit home run here. This is better than Atomic Habits book of the year in 2023"
