Fantastic little glimpse into Danish culture

"I actually love this book. It's easy to read and the author's sense of humor is great. I love the smaller format and the photos. Its content is interesting and light while being full of information; the book gives great insight to hygge living. I've made quite a few changes to my home since reading it. I'll be travelling to Denmark soon and I'm all the more excited to visit the Happiness Museum now."

A great start to the perfect home and a peaceful mind: what Hygge is about

"Excellent introduction to Hygge concept, with mano examples ,photos, ideas and suggestons. The book is well organized, and it makes for a bvery pleasant reading. Already the act of reading it or browsing through its pages fills you with a sense of well-being: Hygge! If anything, I wish this book had even more content."

Thoughtful ways to create a cosy home

"I really enjoyed this book, an easy to read book fulll of thoughtful ideas on how to make your house a Hygge home. This is not an interior design book but a book full of affordable and environmentally conscious concepts and ideas that have been proven to have a positive effect on creating a home full of warm and love."

Cute coffee table book to display

"I have loved all Meik Wiking books that I have purchased, this one included. I myself listened to the audio book version of this book, but bought this hard copy for my nephew. (If you haven’t heard Meik Wiking narrate his books you are missing out, I find his voice extremely pleasing to listen to). The hard copy is a really beautiful book to have on hand, and the images are inspiring. My only reason for giving the book 4 stars as opposed to 5 is the I believe the images are stock photos. I wish that he had gone and found real Danish homes to photograph."
