Delicious plant-based recipes, beautifully and clearly presented
"This is a well laid out and beautifully photographed cookbook by Canadian Angela Liddon. It is an excellent collection of delicious plant-based recipes that are mostly gluten-free and easily accommodate food allergies. However, the title is slightly misleading in that many of the recipes are not actually ""simple"", as would seem to be implied! I was hoping my husband, a beginning cook, might be able to tackle these, but most are not within his range (yet). I'm very glad to have this wonderful book. It is a great companion to Liddon's original ""Oh She Glows"" cookbook."

Tasty Healthy Cooking
"We’ve enjoyed all the recipes from this book, and her other Oh She Glows. Recipes are healthy and tasty. We are not vegetarian, but enjoy the cheese/sour cream alternatives, as we have dairy-issue people in the family. We add chicken to some recipes, and they are delicious! I got this one as a gift, after enjoying my own."
