Great recipes and tips

"The book is well written with clear and complete instructions for someone new to sourdough baking (or returning to it after 50 years, as I am). I learned so much about sourdough and recommend buyers read the introduction completely as it will provide everything you need to make a successful starter and become a good sourdough baker. The recipe for cinnamon buns made the best ones I have ever eaten. Cardamom buns are next. Yum."

Rachel Pardoe, known as Sourdough Enzo to her social media followers, is a home baker, recipe developer, and bread artisan. Like many people, Rachel discovered the joy of baking sourdough during the pandemic, and what started as a hobby eventually turned into a true passion. Her beautifully scored loaves and thoughtfully crafted recipes may have captured the attention of followers online, but for Rachel, the real magic lies in the quiet, nourishing ritual of baking, and the simple joy of sharing good bread with the people she loves. Rachel resides in Ottawa, Canada, with her family.
