Reviews

The title is great, it’s to the point and it delivers what it says. It is the ultimate vegetarian cookbook. I have about 10 other veg cookbooks and none comes close to the detail and recipes this book

"It’s a great cookbook that shows detail about each recipe with photos to guide you thru. Even good for begginer vegetarian cooks, for example, how to chop onions correctly or how to core and dice a tomato correctly."

Literally a vegetarian bible!!!"

The ultimate vegetarian cookbook

"I have used this book so many times the spine is broken. Not only are the recipes great but they are tested. Each recipe comes with helpful hints and detailed instructions. I have repeated several recipes and so far have never found a dud. Highly recommend."

Great book!

"There is no need to be a vegetarian to keep this book within arms length. If you are, it will give you an incredible array of dishes and side dishes to prepare. If you aren't it will quietly incorporate itself into your everyday meals."

So Easy

"I bought this book in May of this year. So easy to make especially for how long I've been cooking, and really delicious food."

Kristin (5/5)

Great vegetarian cookbook!

"What I really like about this cookbook is the fact that these recipes have been tested. Within the recipes, there are tips given that explain why a certain technique or order etc. should be used. It's really helpful to know why and I find that really interesting. There are so many recipes here, you're sure to find something (especially on those days when you're struggling to decide what to make for dinner). The maple stir fry (with mushrooms and snow peas) is a family fav! #plumreview"

"Fail proof vegetarian recipes and the Sweet potato and Swiss Chard Gratin is so delicious. I will try a few more recipes in this book."
