Reviews

Box packaging needs to be more secure

"Packaging could have been better but this boxset was great for my husband who is an avid fan of the lotr series while also using it to help him study how to write fantasy!"

A surprising obsessions

"I purchased this box set right after marathoning all three movies of Lord of the Rings. What intrigued me most was this fantastical world full of witty characters and power hungry minds. And once I started reading The Hobbit and experienced how funny Tolkien is in his storytelling, I was even more hooked! I’m glad to own this box set and to continue to be a part of this world Tolkien has created"

Yes, Read It.

"Goes without saying that LOTR is a classic that everyone should read."

Roger (4/5)

It’s good

"I’ve not yet finished this entire series but I will say I enjoy how dense it is for how compact it is. This is a mammoth of an undertaking to read and I appreciate the task ahead of me is so accessible and easy to read on-the-go."

Rebecca (4/5)

LOTR First Time Read

"A little late to the party reading this life changing series. I lost touch with my love of reading in my early 20s and wanted to get back into it now that I’m in my late 20s and decided to read the LOTR books. I must say, I understand why they are such a cult classic. I’ve had a difficult time putting the books down and such an enjoyable time reading and escaping on this adventure with the Company."

Going A. (5/5)

Exciting read for young people

"My son wanted to read the rest of the series after he read the first one in school. He is enjoying them all."
