Fantastic cookbook

"Love this cookbook so much; it's part memoir and part cookbook, really, with a beautiful look at one of B. C. 's most intriguing families. The cookbook has such a luxe feel and I'm enjoying cooking through the seasons very much."

Jayelle (5/5)

Almost as lovely as the farm itself

"I grabbed this cookbook because I used to be a frequent visitor of Krause Berry Farms. While I haven’t tried any of the recipes (yet), they look beautiful and easy to follow."

KarriMcDonaldHambrook (5/5)

Strawberry Pie!

"A nice collection of family recipes. Must admit, I’m most looking forward to making the strawberry custard pie - they made the best choice for the cover. It’s what they’re known for, apparently."

Snuffer (4/5)

Grogu

"I ordered my book online and it was smaller than I imagined and need a magnifier to read it. So, it’s a stocking stuffer and guess it’s a cute novelty item for my friend"

"Visiting Krause Berry Farms and tasting their delightful offerings is tantamount to leaving all of your daily stresses at their farm gate. You feel nourished inside and out, and now Sandee allows you to feel the same way at home, recreating her farm-favourite recipes."
—ANNA OLSON

"The Krause Berry Farms Cookbook is a delightful celebration of commitment that honours the seasonal abundance of a family-run farm. SoBo has had the opportunity to feature the heavenly produce from Alf and Sandee for over a decade, and now we can all embrace their heartwarming stories of how it all evolved. Corn on the Cob, Six Ways? Yes, please, with a side of Berry Lemonade."
—LISA AHIER, chef and author of The SoBo Cookbook and Together at SoBo

"So much to tempt us here in every one of the nine chapter… The stories are captivating and we love that Krause had added a “Wink” to many of the recipes with tips and suggestions for variations. Having read this beautiful book, I not only want to try my hand at many of these delicious-sounding (and looking) cooked and baked goods, but now I want to visit the farm too!"
Culinaire
Sandee Krause owns and operates Krause Berry Farms with her husband, Alf, in the Fraser Valley. Their farm has been in business since 1974 and has become a hugely popular family destination for locals and tourists alike. In addition to the produce itself, the farm offers over 100 prepared products with produce they grow on the farm, such as berry jams, fruit pies, soups, and more. This is Sandee’s first book.
