“You can mind your manners, mind your words, and be right-minded about many a thing. But, if you do not mind me saying, you will learn in this book how to not mind your OCD. The Mindfulness Workbook for OCD will be a great adjunct to your work with a therapist, online or app-based therapy tools, and support groups. The authors of this mind-blowing book have mined the data and the literature to remind us that mindfulness has a role in OCD treatment.”
—Patrick B. McGrath, PhD, head of clinical services for NOCD
