Science based eating with delicious foods.

"This cookbook was promoted by one of the authors on his Youtube channel. Since I appreciate knowing the science behind the health choices I make, I really appreciated the introduction of this cookbook. The recipes were simple, using common-sense, readily-available ingredients. Most recipes serve either 2 or 4 people, allowing a small enough investment to see if recipes are keepers or not. The colour pictures were accurate, there were a nice variety of options for each meal plus snacks, and the slim size fits nicely in small places. If you're looking for keto options following a Mediterranean Diet focus, this is the book for you."

The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook by Martina Slajerova

"Because I don't have it in colour it's not as exciting as a real hard cover cookbook but it has some great recipes and the price was right. If I find it really good I can get the hard copy."

Cheri (3/5)

Has a lot of good recipes inside.

"Great book, but pay attention to the smaller text."

Eat Well, Crave Less, The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook

"An excellent explanation about the Mediterranean diet and why it is healthy along with a host of delicious recipes. The book provides enough information that anyone serious about adjusting their diet can create their own meals. Following the recipes may require some new grocery item purchases but the results are worth the change."
