Écrire est un bon remède

"C’est un bon cahier qui nous aide à exprimer ce qu’on n’est pas capable de verbaliser parfois."

TheGirl (4/5)

The sadness book

"I think it's a great book to help figure out sadness within."

Matilda (5/5)

I liked it!

"It was an easy read and great way to get thoughts down on paper. Sometimes writing thoughts out helps more than you know!"

Vanessa S. (5/5)

Rip the Bad, Keep the Good

"I loved the concept of ripping away the pages with negative feelings and keeping the pages with positive ones. I also loved the texture of the pages. It's been helping me! :)"

Diana (5/5)

positive

"Its an amazing book to write out how u feel and to learn things about yourself"

Chely (5/5)

Rip, Crumple, Throw Out, Forget.

"I love that this book encourages me to rip out the page after and throw it away, because I can truly feel the difference it makes in my mood."

Masterpeacepoetry (5/5)

Healing in Sadness

"I find it so wonderful that I now have a book that helps me healthily process my emotions and think more about what the root of them is. The questions and within this book truly help you vent and just write everything down so you can let it out. It even has a section called “Healing” that are pages you do not tear out. I find that to be such a helpful touch. Also the pages tear so cleanly due to the dotted tear line they have."

Crow (5/5)

Good for releasing negative energy!

"Such a great idea for letting go of negativity, pages are serrated so you can tear them out and it gives you ideas of how to dispose of the paper when you're ready - e. g. ripping them, burning them, etc."

Maddi (5/5)

Journal

"This is a journal you can do to relive a moment in your life that might have been difficult then you rip the page out and burn it. Its been different for me. Its felt like avoiding talking to that person that hurt me but its also been a release. To have prompts to journal about."

Shelly (4/5)

I will not call it the sadness book as its more like an inner reflexion of yourself

"It is very good book mot only when you are sad but to reflect your everyday life"
