Intriguing.

"The book is a provocative analysis that reframes the housing discussion from an economic and class struggle perspective, challenging readers to view housing as a systemic issue rather than an isolated crisis."

The Tenant Class: a call to action for affordable housing, especially for those who rent.

"Exeptionally relevant book. Ricardo Tranjan explains how tenants are at the mercy of landlords who are speculating in housing, and extracting exorbitrant rents from those who rent. One does not have to be a Marxist to understand how democratic capitalism can revert to speculative behavior by the wealthy and powerful. It happened in the late 19th and early 20th when so called robber barons were left to exploit. As proposed by Tranjan, we need good goverment policy in housing, legislated and enforced, to restore rules, stop speculative behavior and help the poor."
