Absolutely worth it
"I’ve been waiting a long time to read a dark fantasy like this, and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the very beginning, the story pulls you in with high-stakes action and an undercurrent of tension that never lets up. What I especially loved was how the main character unfolds throughout the story. Instead of being handed with everything at once, we gradually discover their past, inner struggles and motives. It makes their journey feel deeply personal, and it kept me emotionally invested from beginning to end. In fact, reading this story was like playing a movie in my mind. I appreciated the added details and description of the scenes in the story, as well as the descriptions of the characters. The darker elements of the story were impressively intense. The author did not hold back. I also truly appreciated the diverse representation woven naturally into the narrative — the variety of characters, their backgrounds, and even their names were perfectly incorporated."
