A great starter book for those looking to make healthier food choices

"It really opened my eyes to the fact that ultra processed foods can potentially be harming us, causing more issues than previously thought. It included helpful tips for grocery shopping and how to spot ultra processed foods in store. The author talked about specific ingredients and things to look for when shopping, in order to make better choices. She even mentioned where to shop in the grocery store. I also really liked that the author included simple recipes for common store bought foods like bread and pizza dough. I also appreciate the larger print size of the text, as I have vision issues."
