Rochelle Strauss is an award-winning children's book author, freelance writer and education consultant. Her books include One Well, The Global Ocean and Tree of Life. Through her work, Rochelle combines her love of nature and passion for storytelling to teach children about the wonders of the natural world. She lives with her family in Toronto, Ontario.
Madeline Kloepper is the illustrator of several books for young readers, including Before We Stood Tall, The Keeper of Wild Words and Tiny, Perfect Things. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in illustration from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Madeline's work is influenced by childhood, nostalgia and the relationships we forge with nature. She lives in Prince George, British Columbia.
