Start the ADHD journey with this book

"This book was recommended by a therapist and was a great introduction to the world of ADHD"

KLGC (5/5)

A helpful and enlightening read

"Accessible, succinct yet thorough information including practical tips on managing life with ADHD. The tone is decidedly non-medical, with plenty of ""real client"" stories to illustrate the shared experiences of individuals (and their loved ones) living with ADHD."

Stacy (5/5)

ADHD 2. 0 Improved My Life

"ADHD 2. 0 by Hallowell and Ratey made me aware that I am not as much of a social misfit as I have thought for my 67 years of existence. The difficulties that I have experienced in daily living are not unique to me, and are common to many ADHD sufferers. I am a happier person since reading this book, and I recommend it to anyone that wants to learn about ADHD, and, perhaps, about themselves."

Kenny C. (5/5)

A Great Into to ADHD

"Factual, easy to understand, and clear. This is also a good read for someone just leaning about the topic."

Rachel (4/5)

Very helpful, would recommend for adults with ADHD

"As a recently diagnosed adult with ADHD, I have been reading as much as I can on the topic. This was a great book, but might not be for everyone as it can get pretty technical at times. Overall a great book which helped develop a better understanding of ADHD."

HillaryJB (4/5)

Well written

"Great read. Engaging and systematic in explaining."

C B. (5/5)

Add it to your list

"My partner has ADHD which has gone mismanaged due to a lack of knowledge surrounding the disorder. This book is giving us both such insight and has proven to be a great learning tool for us both."
