"I just received this beautiful book today and as I flip through it I can't wait to make many of the recipes. Anna has included detailed methods and excellent photographs to support the preparation of the recipes. I especially appreciate the Recipes at a Glance section at the front of the book which provides a picture of each item and the page it can be found on. I can't wait to start cooking!"
