"I really like Andy Weir but this was a big miss for me. I just couldn't connect with the main character and found myself rooting against her. Project Hail Mary is a much more enjoyable read. Check that out instead!"

Duck G. (1/5)

Excellent Beginner Sci-fi

"A little too ‘Marvel Humour’, but other than that a phenomenal story and easy to understand sci-fi. Would definitely recommend."

moon smuggling

"great read, couldnt put it down. wish there was a follow up"

Noob (4/5)

Different, but equally enjoyable.

"I read The Martian years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoyed this as well. The science is as prevalent as The Martian, as is the humour (I did laugh out loud multiple times). The dynamic of this story is much different from the Man Vs. Nature of The Martian, so be prepared for that. All in all, if you liked The Martian's tone and pace, you'll like this one as well."

KW (4/5)

Good read

"Was interested in reading another book by Andy Weir after reading the Martian. Good read"
