Thank you Mrs. Chesley! We all owe a lot to you.

"A very interesting story of the author's research into a Nova Scotia mother and daughter. The mother was involved in the Women's Christian Temperance movement which morphed into the Women's Rights movement. I thought I knew something about this subject and couldn't believe I had never heard of the Chesleys. There is no monument to women like Mrs. Chesley who fought so hard for getting the vote. There should be. I hope this book will remind all women not to take our rights for granted and to appreciate those who won them for us."
