Incredible read.

"Shocking yet compelling true history of the American Indian tribes of the Plains of the last frontier. Upon reading this I realized how distorted the narrative taught in school history books really is. Empire of the Summer Moon is a gripping look into the not so distant, dark past of America. A tale of the chain of events set into motion by the Spanish Conquistadors that led to the eventual rise of the most ruthless and powerful Indian band to ever exist, the Comanches. For any lover of real, unadulterated history this is a must read."

Hairless M. (5/5)

Awesome read

"If you are interested in this time and era, its a must read. I don't consider myself an avid reader, but had a hard time putting this book down. Life before and the start of the white man settling in North America has always interested and intrigued me, this book fulfilled this, and learned a lot about this particular tribe."

Empire of the Summer Moon

"Excellent story with informative details of Native American life in the 1600s to present day."
