That's right, in-store pick-up orders have no shipping minimums or charges. Our stores offer in-store pick-up in less than 3 hours. You will receive email confirmation notifying you when your order is ready to go! Visit our express pick-up page for full details.
Free Standard Shipping
To enjoy free shipping on eligible orders, please select "Free Standard Shipping" at checkout. Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-9 business days, depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination. Your check-out will provide an up to date estimate. Our shipping confirmation, and delivery partners provide up to date tracking and delivery estimates.
Free Shipping Requirements:
- Offer applies only to orders of merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional coupons, plumPLUS discounts and plum point redemptions where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility. The purchase of gift cards and electronic gift cards do not count towards the Free Shipping offer.
- Certain items are not eligible for Free Shipping. Any items that are not eligible for Free Shipping will be noted on item pages.

Returns Policy
General: Most items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the purchase or in the case of delivery from the shipping date with proof of purchase.

Guaranteed Great Reads Eligibility: Items identified as Heather's Picks, Staff Picks of the Month, or promoted online and in stores as Indigo's Best Books of the Year, may be returned at any time and in any condition for a full refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Indigo.ca returns more than 30 days after purchase must be returned to any Chapters, Indigo, IndigoSpirit, or Coles store. We reserve the right to modify or to cancel the terms of this guarantee at any time and without further notice.
Returns Processes
There are two paths available to our customers for returns that meet the above terms.
1. Free Returns to Any Chapters, Indigo or Coles Store
Bring the item(s) and the packing slip to any store and we'll be happy to apply the refund to your original payment card or online account.
2. Return Your Item Through Canada Post:
Follow these three easy steps to return your item(s) through Canada Post
1. Sign into indigo.ca, visit My Orders in Account Centre, and view the order you wish to return. Select Return by Canada Post to choose the items to return from that order.
2. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
3. Bring your parcel to any Canada Post outlet. Items with our return label will ship free.
