May I interest you

"May I interest you in a YA romantasy that feels fresh, well written, and well paced. Whose overarching themes include that act of choosing kindness, antiwar and anit-the-military-complex, a romance that defy’s the laws of space and time, and simple acceptance of queerness and gender fluidity? If so, put Moth Dark on your tbr asap. This one has been on my shelf for longer than it should’ve been and it is a book I wish I had picked up sooner. The romance was so good and the time travelling aspect was so fun (when I thought about it at the end I got teary eyed). Do I 100% understand the implications at the end? No, but I don't need to!!!!"

Loved it!

"Kiki Hatzopoulou is quickly becoming one of my favourite fantasy authors. Dark Moth immediately piqued my interest and had me enthralled throughout. In the middle of New York a massive rip in the ground opens up exposing the Dark. Dubbed as the maw, this rip is a gateway to Darkworld. Where Dark creatures emerge and start bleeding out into Sascia’s world. Sascia has always felt a pull towards the Dark. Where most fear it, she seeks it out - studies it, and wants to understand it. When a human hand emerges, instead of just the typical creatures they have grown accustomed to, Sascia finds herself thrust into a whole new reality. Where her world and the Dark are on the brink of war and she is somehow entwined with the Darkworld's Elf princet in ways she can't even imagine. Crossing worlds and timelines, this story was so unique and interesting. The world is painted in such a lush and vivid manner, I was fully immersed. It really blended sci-fi, fantasy, and urban fantasy elements effortlessly. Everything about this world felt seamless, the writing is beautiful and the characters wholly captured my interest and heart. The way the story unraveled and that ending was masterful. I loved it!"
