"An important read for teachers everywhere!! So easy to feel lost when it comes to incorporating indigenous voices into the classroom in an informed and intentional way. This is the road map for it. Add to cart."

Revitalizing Harmony: Indigenous Wisdom

"I bought this book shortly after attending Carolyn Robert’s book launch, which my Early Childhood Care & Education instructor brought us to. As someone with a multicultural and Indigenous background (Māori), I deeply resonate with the themes explored in this book, particularly its focus on historically silenced voices. Growing up in Canada, I wish my teachers had used practices included in this book, like Circle Work, which fosters community connection and understanding. This book not only highlights the importance of these voices but also serves as a powerful call to action for their revitalization. It is an easy read and makes the important concepts discussed much more approachable. Everyone working in education—whether early childhood or post-secondary—should read this book. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in multicultural education and Indigenous perspectives—it has the potential to inspire meaningful change and create a more inclusive narrative! This book sparked my interest in supporting the rejuvenation of Canada & Turtle Island’s many beautiful and diverse cultures."
