Excellent Choice

"A lot of great information without being too technical. Well written and easy to read."

Snazzy G. (5/5)

Actually helpful in managing tantrums

"The most helpful toddler book I have read that focuses on practical techniques to manage tantrums. I have applied almost all of the tips with my 3 kids and found that they really do diffuse tantrums, and even help prevent them. Most importantly, it helped me understand what was going on in my child's development better so I could a more empathetic and adaptive parent. I gift this book to all new parents."

Laura M. (5/5)

A lot of useful advice

"A lot of the advice in this book is great - I used it on my screaming toddler and was floored when it actually worked! You have to do what works for your own child, but certainly a lot of the advice (like the fast food principal) works well - even on adults! (Others will call that reflective listening)"
