I loved the series The Land of Stories, especially the first book, The Wishing Spell. It’s about twins named Alex and Conner (I’m a twin) who fall into a magical fairy-tale world and go on an adventure to find special items to bring back home.

I loved this book because it starts EVERYTHING—you get to meet the main characters and read about a world filled with fairy-tale people like Cinderella and Red Riding Hood, but with a modern twist. It felt so magical and full of adventure that I never wanted to stop reading! My parents had to come into my room many times at night to shut off my reading light (shhhh I would always turn it back on). I think other kids will love it too because it’s very creative, easy to imagine, and a great book for other kids to fall in love with reading! Enjoy reading ☺
