"Wow! Anne is such an interesting character. So much fun to hear her thoughts and feelings as I read aloud. Glad to be experiencing this collection for the first time as I read at bedtime with my 8 year old daughter. I love the writing style so much; i look so forward to story time."

Interesting Study

"Langer offers another mindfulness-based health book. While rooted in a combination of mindfulness practice and narrative psychology, Langer's claims toward better physical health need to be carefully reviewed. Mental heath is a serious matter but the 'science' behind the mind-body connections to physical health have been noted to be overblown. Langer does offer good cultural insights, however, that are worth taking to heart along the way."
