The body image journey can be overwhelming, but this book breaks the journey into small, manageable steps, it makes the path forward feel accessible and encouraging. Packed with practical reflection activities and action-oriented tools, it equips you to see your thoughts in a new light, lessening their influence over your feelings and actions.
