Reneé A. George is an author, speaker, and the creator of Exercise 4 Life LLC, to help meet the needs of all and especially herself. Reneé felt like all was lost after her car accident. Helped through her challenges by prayer and guidance from Jesus, Reneé eventually decided to transform her tragedy into triumph and create an inspirational guidebook.
