Reviews

Well written, but not what I hoped for

"This is a well written book and I enjoyed the way the wolf’s perspective was represented. Overall, the book was too much struggle without any levity. It felt unbalanced. I bought it with the intention of reading it to my kids (6 and 8) but I think they will find it depressing. Maybe it would work for older kids."

Lucy (4/5)

A Wolf called Wander

"I picked this book because it was listed as a New York Times bestseller. However, the story has a slow start, and unless your kids love animals and are curious about the circle of life, they might find it hard to connect with. My boys read it to the end, but it’s not a book they’ll revisit or remember as a lifelong favourite."

Mom B. (3/5)

Made me want to read it. Love the picture.

"It's an amazing book. Great writing and a great storyline."
